How do I cancel an order?

If you call the farm shop on 01655 740271, 24hrs before delivery then you will get a full refund

Where do you source your ingredients?

For over 40 years we have worked with a small, well established network of local suppliers and farmers, most of whom are also family businesses

What is Dalduff doing with regards to Coronavirus?

We are a covid compliant business which follows the current guidelines to ensure we maintain a safe environment for our staff and customers

How do I send a message with an order?

A message box will appear when items are added to your cart for any comments/queries

How do I find out if you deliver in my area?

Use our postcode checker to see if we deliver in your area. If so and you place an order, a member of the team will contact you by phone or email with a delivery day and time

What if you do not deliver to my post code?

If we don’t currently deliver to your postcode please email us, and we will see if it’s possible

Can I leave delivery instructions?

Delivery instructions should be provided when placing your order

How will I know when my order is getting delivered?

We will email you confirmation of your order with delivery details

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

Call the farm shop on 01655 740271 or email us and we will look into this for you

What if I am not happy with the quality of my products?    

We are confident that the quality of our produce is second to none, however, if you are unhappy with anything, please get in touch by email, and we will review your feedback, if we agree we will offer a refund

Can I return goods?

Once the order has been delivered and accepted, the goods are your property

Where will my order be delivered if I'm out? 

You can give us details in the message box of a place where we can leave the order should you be out e.g. garden shed, neighbour
