Our Rich Heritage

We have been at Dalduff Farm for over 50 years, first as farmers, then as butchers and food producers, and more recently as wedding and event hosts. We still work in much the same way as we did at the start. Today we source our ingredients from a small yet reliable network of local suppliers and farmers. Our book of much-loved recipes is still used for all our pies, meals and sausages. And our dedicated, long standing team of staff are at the heart of everything we do.

How we have changed

But the world is always changing, and we have to adapt. So as tastes evolve, we like to put a modern twist on old classics. The kitchen under chef Steve’s direction is always trying out fresh ideas because we like to give you the option of trying something new. The butchery, headed up by Hamish, also likes to experiment, so there’s always something different to try.
